What Services Do You Provide?
The Lawn Guys specialize in weekly mowing (which includes edging and trimming), lawn fertilizing and ornamental bed maintenance. These services are performed by the crew assigned to your property and they are responsible for the overall quality of each service. Other services available include small tree and shrub pruning, bark mulch and landscape clean up services.
   
Are You Licensed and Insured?
For your protection anyone working on your property should be licensed and insured. In the event of an accident or injury to (or caused by) an unlicensed or uninsured worker, the property owner may be held liable. The Lawn Guys is licensed, insured, and bonded and our employee’s are covered by State Industrial and other insurance. Additionally, anyone applying any kind of pesticide or herbicide to your lawn or landscape must be licensed by the Washington State Department of Agriculture as a certified pesticide applicator. It is actually illegal for some to apply weed killer, round-up or other pesticides without being state licensed.
   
Why Do You Use Annual Agreements?
There are several reasons we use Annual Service Agreements. Mainly it’s all about labor. With Annual Agreements we can anticipate our labor needs for the season. We know what we are doing for the customer, when it begins and when it stops. Secondly it helps the customer average out the cost of landscape maintenance so that it’s the same amount every month. And it also helps The Lawn Guys. We are able to better afford our crews and their benefits if we can anticipate year round income. Our Agreements may be cancelled at any time.
   
How Do I Know What Services You Have Done?
Each time an employee of The Lawn Guys is on your property, a Service Notice will be left under your door mat telling you what was done on that visit.
   
Who Do I Contact With Problems or Questions?
There are several ways to contact us with problems or questions. You can always call the office, or you can complete the Customer Survey on the back of every Service Notice left at your property and return it to our office. These surveys are read by the owner, manager and the employees involved in the work that was done. Part of our employee’s compensation is based your favorable ratings on these surveys so its important to return them on occasion, even if completely satisfied with the service provided.
Crews are not authorized to make changes or substitutions to services because of time variances of different types of jobs or because of scheduling. Please call the office if any changes need to be made.
   
How Is Payment For Services Handled?
We bill monthly on the 10th - 15th of the month for all services and payment is due by the 1st of the following month. We charge a $25 service charge on past due accounts and service may be discontinued if payment is not received by the 25th.

Our preferred method of receiving payment is automatically each month by Visa or MasterCard. We bill your card monthly on the 10th - 15th of the month relieving you of the hassle of writing a check, finding a stamp and mailing your payment.
